How can you differentiate yourself during an interview? I feel like all good candidates are bringing a similar amount of experience to the table, so what can I do to stand out?

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

How do I tell a firm I screened with that another firm I screened with is moving forward with full rounds? I would prefer the former firm, even though the latter firm is ranked higher. Thanks for any advice

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

Is a two page resume good or the one page resume still preferred?

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.)
