I’m an FA at ML, been in the role for 1 year and 8 months, but have 23 years of industry experience. Quarterly, I have a performance review call with my Market Executive and until today never heard anything negative… my growth is slower than I’d like and definitely I’m sure that’s why, but today he said last time “they” wanted to give me a letter of education and he talked “them” out of it. I’m being offered a role as systems engineer (feels more like a sales engineer) in the energy industry.

The interviewer said to me to add 30% on my current salary and ask for that. Now I’m asking for £97k. Reasonable?

I have been an officer at the department for 5 years and have deal with nothing but toxicity. Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. So for a few months I had to do everything myself since I was the only one in the office at this location. I did extremely well and everyone's told me I've been doing a great job.
