How do I transition into devops career. Can anyone help? I have 3 yr dev 3 yr infra admin experience.

Every company seems to be after 4+ years of exp. Very less freshers vaccancy. The salary PKG fr freshers are around 3 to 5 lakh.

I am currently working in an MNC fr 7 yrs having 6 digit in hand how can shift into 3 to 5 lakh CTC.

Also hrs are asking fr immediate joiner, they themselves had 3 month notice period but the guy the want to join in 7 day / 15 days.
