I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Has anyone worked or have heard of DSV Logistics?

I’m struggling with the automation tasks I’m given (primarily Excel) but don’t exactly know what programming skills I’m missing to go learn them.

Does anyone else feel like distribution is the most behind-the-times of any department within a company? I work for a major automotive brand and some of the facility managers write and read at a 9th grade level, cannot properly use virtually anything in Office, etc.

I just found out how we can solve all the "supply chain problems." Maybe people could... like... order things a week BEFORE they needed them? SMH

Was trucking my load across statelines, as one usually does. Turns out the new guy sitting next to me was never properly trained on how to secure said load inside the truck. Now we're trying to put everything back in it's place and it's so annoying. I don't blame him but still.

I'm glad people can order things online and get them the next day; but it makes my job harder because a lot of the people in my company don't see that we just don't have the infrastructure for that kind of operation, so they need to order it BEFORE they need it the next day
