How do you feel about bad weather days? Before the pandemic, they were automatic days off with makeup days built into the school calendars. We're doing Flexible Instruction Days in my district again this year though so we don't get to even enjoy the snow. Lol! Do you still get those days off?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. It looks like PWC has the “worst” paternity leave policy out of all the big 4 with only 8 weeks off then another 4 weeks at 24hrs per week. Anyone think this might change soon? EY and Deloitte give 16 weeks and KPMG gives 12 weeks.
