How do you feel about positions that have NEVER existed before? Any pros or cons? Positions that the employer is creating because they really need help with certain tasks and so they are forced to make a brand new position. I have had 2 different positions (administrative assistant and a marketing coordinator) in 2 different companies and they did not turn out well. Again, these roles did not exist before I joined the team. Thoughts?
