Thanks in advance.

Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

Not a direct response, but…
the grass isn’t always greener. Sometimes the grass is just different and that’s what we need. I left a very comfortable position for a new, different challenge. I needed to get a little bit uncomfortable and bet on myself.

Its less about the benefits and more about living a more meaningful life. Careers are a journey not a sprint. Early success isn't always great when you have to maintain that momentum.
Don’t undervalue workplace satisfaction. It sounds like you have a terrific environnement of intangible benefits. Companies can throw more money and benefits at employees, but if employees don’t feel valued, respected or balanced, it doesn’t matter.
However, if you’re curious about that greener grass, go apply to places. It’s great practice to keep your resume updated and your interview skills sharp. You don’t have to say yes if you get a job offer, but maybe it will help you validate your worth in the market and get a sense of what other companies are like. You might even use an offer as leverage for a raise (but that’s a gamble you have to be comfortable taking).
It's about being content about what you have. Life is not all about comparison. Do you have everything you need? Are you happy?

Think about what ultimate goal is for the next 5 years in your career. Once you have that figured out, you can start analyzing whether or not you’re in the right job, regardless of benefits/salary/etc…
Honestly, I don't fight it LOL. I am always looking. You really never know what opportunities will present themselves.
