Why is Accenture Talent Team lethargic?
1 - applied for a job and got an interview with a totally different JD
2 - called up scheduling team and was told that interview would be rescheduled
3 - no emails from anyone. called scheduling team and got word that candidature will not be affected. again no email
4 - dropped multiple emails to POC and Talent team - no response
5 - status stuck in portal as “review” and unable to apply for any other Job ID

Do you feel like turnover has now diminished after this busy season or will it kick up again as we approach the next one?

At this point, I'm wondering if most firms have hired enough people or they are still on the lookout due to shortage.

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. When non-ad ppl ask you what do you do? In terms of title; do you tell them “copywriter”? Or immediately assume they dont know and might confuse it with copyright infringement, and just end up telling them that you’re a writer or a creative director, and skip the hassle

Please help! I'm looking for writing terminology. At our agency, we are getting more into creative writing vs ... executional writing? Please help me find the right term. Creative means developing the big idea (concepting), writing scripts and headlines with flair, etc.) for an awareness "hook" and then the other camp, which includes brochures, one pagers, banner ads, sales sheets.
