How do you identify “burnout?” Pre-MBA, I used to be a high performer at my old job, but now since I have started my Consulting role post-MBA (after 2 years of a mostly remote MBA) I am really, really struggling. Not only have I been making a lot of stupid mistakes, but I have also been waking up dreading going to work, hating myself and in general really disliking the job. I want to quit and move back in with my parents. Is this burnout? Could my career recover if I did nothing for a few years?

I want to start learning DevOps, what is the right path to learn DevOps? Does TCS has good projects for DevOps.. Suggest me any combination with DevOps.

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
