I am currently working with EY GDS and had an interview with Deloitte USI.

The HR will get back within this week after discussion with the technical team on the role based on years of experience and interview.
Role offered - Either of Lead Solution Advisor / Senior Solution Advisor
Total experience is 6 years.
Please throw some light on what role is typically offered with 6 years of experience and what salary bracket is for both the designations.

I'm going for a role for Account Director and have gone through the interviews with the head of accounts, BD as well as the ECD's. I received the following email at the end of the day:

"You are one of two candidates in the final round.

One thing we haven’t spoken about are your salary expectations. Could you have a think and let me know early next week as well as your employment status (residency permit)."

What would be the best way to answer this response? Appreciate the help

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. Any thoughts on what I could ask for at end of year reviews for a salary increase?

4th year financial services associate - have an offer for a 9-5 knowledge management role at a competing firm for 94% of my current base salary. I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Hello I’m curious on how to bring this to my supervisor attention. A few months back all the techs got a raise based on how long they have had been a tech. A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did. How do I bring this up as the supervisor mentioned that we shouldn’t be talking about our raises.

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase. (With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions.
