I feel you! I was... actually I am still in the process of building back my confidence too. I think for me, it really helped to own my narrative again by taking classes or doing side projects where I was able prove to myself that I am capable and good at what I do. It takes work but reframing your negative experiences into positive ones (like how you would for an interview) helped as well. Just constantly hearing yourself be your best cheerleader ends up brainwashing you for the better haha Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do

This is hard to over come, I am confident in my abilities but still always feel inadequate even after being at a different company with 10 years of exceptional performance reviews. Probably therapy to deal with the trauma because that’s what it is

I agree with the person who said therapy. I went to therapy for years and it really helped me to rebuild my confidence. I highly recommend giving it a try.
