How do you refer to the Fair Ctedit Reporting Act? FIC-RA or F-C-R-A?

I have always used the latter in the employment law context but am starting to hear non-employment lawyers use the former.

My partner is looking into going back to school for a masters in sustainability management. He is looking at a program through the Harvard Extension School Sustainability Management certificate. I’m wondering if anyone has done this? Or recommends a program they hear good things about? Preferably online so we don’t have to move! TIA!

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? I applied to a position that brands itself as civil litigation and apparently the role is med mal defense. Not sure what to go by but would like to do a little research before I call them back.
