I hope to have expanded my scope, either leading bigger campaigns or moving into brand strategy. I’m open to new directions, especially as the industry evolves, but I’ll likely stay close to creative problem-solving and storytelling, even if the exact role changes.
I think I’ll be in a different role entirely. God knows what, something creative though, always.
Despite great reviews, I haven’t gotten a raise for 4 years or promoted in five years so.. I’m looking.
Currently on the fence between leaving the industry entirely or working in a modified version. I can’t do agency life for another 5 years
Honestly I can’t even think 6 months ahead let alone 5 years ahead right now - Once that AI bubble bursts who knows what the economy and business environment is gonna look like, but it’s not gonna be pretty.

I’m hoping to start a family and move into a higher position at an independent outside of the city.
I moved agency side in house for General Motors, but hoping to get back to retail or CPG because I love the vibes and energy with the people. Most recently was agency supporting retail account. Also want to go back to my favorite city. I still wonder if I wanna pivot into product marketing to broaden my horizon and get even more job security
Out of the biz entirely. Just closed on some property where my new biz venture is starting.

I just hope I finally have one. 6 years in and I’ve had a full-time job for a total of 6 months.
Hope to have gone client side by then.

Within five years, most of what I do will be done by AI. I expect to be invited to seek success elsewhere.
will be on the wrong side of 35 by then and don't really see a future in this if we're being honest
