I feel the same way.. recently I’ve started setting timers for myself so I power through a task at work for 20-30 min. Then I take a break (watch tik tok, go get a coffee, etc). If I’m being honest here I’m probably only actually working 2-3 hrs a day.
That works for me too! Especially on slow and low motivation days
Two main things 1. Use the extra time to exercise 2. Communicate either to your manager/SM you are feeling this way and would like to take on some more work OR go external and offer other people availability.
I emphasize exercise because when we are at a stage of “low brain activity” at work, the brain has even less releases of endorphins- which are super important to keep yourself happy and motivated.

In my case i did and nothing happened. Therefore i started getting back on linkedin and find new opportunities.
I was like that on a project for a while too. Try using that time to learn other skills and stuff you might be interested in doing like LinkedIn learning courses/YouTube. That way you can still learn and ask your manager about potentially doing other projects you’re interested in or taking on more tasks
This is me right now bored on an SAP project where there's not much for me to do. My managers haven't been helpful in getting me more work, so I'm using my free time to take classes on Coursera in things that interest me while job hunting for more exciting opportunities in parallel.
