I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

How is Customer experience BU in Cisco?
I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

I mean, sometimes I am not motivated and I simply don't apply for a while. And then my job irritates me and I start up again. We are very fortunate to be looking while still employed.
We definitely are! But I get that. My job being irritating is what triggered this all in the first place.
Okay, real talk: being a new grad is rough. It feels like everyone wants someone with 5 years of experience, and it's honestly so unmotivating. The job market is high-key scary. But since bills don't pay themselves, I'm out here crying while applying. However, if talking to higher-ups got you nowhere, try hitting up your friends or going to networking events. Sometimes it's who you know! You might just land an offer from a convo.
I always tell myself that I already have the answer 'no', I have to go after the 'yes'. It helps me understand that not all the jobs I apply for are the right fit, and I'm just trying to find the one that is.
Sending you all the best wishes!
Have you taken a break from job hunting at any point? It's mentally exhausting and not exactly great for the self esteem, either. I would suggest taking a couple of weeks off rather than throwing in the towel altogether. You might feel recharged and ready to jump back in after that.
I advocate for this. Some of the job hunting is seasonal, so you may find there aren't many opportunities anyway. And you'll burn out a bit if you just constantly apply.
The job market really is terrible right now. Some of this depends on if you are unemployed or just looking for something different.
I do recommend evaluating your search strategy. Take a break or two. Be proactive and do some meet and greets. Endlessly applying will burn you out in no time.
