How does the Financial & Valuation Modeling Certification Program from Wall Street Prep compare to pursuing the CFA designation, particularly for someone interested in learning discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and financial modeling tailored to the biopharmaceutical industry?

I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
