For 13+ years experience in Microsoft tech stack, Cloud, Devops - which band is perfect? How's the interview round for these roles- any assessment test or DSA asked?

I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)
