Automation has changed everything for me when it comes to inventory. I've been doing this job for a long time, and I appreciate every technological advance that allows me to spend less of my time counting products lol

Most recently, I'm relying on Chat GPT to do a lot of my emails and communications and that is saving me a ton of time because I hate writing!!

Oh, that's a great idea!

Automation has made my job a lot easier in that I don’t have to complete certain tasks manually anymore. I used to have to manually enter data into a spreadsheet, but now I have a program that does that for me. This has freed up a lot of time and I am able to use it for other tasks that can’t be automated. I’m also able to focus more on the big picture of my job instead of the tedious details.

Front end automation has piled pressure on the un automateable real life human

How long does it take for you all to commute to work normally? I am moving to Woking soon and am looking to land a consulting gig in London. I’m in interviews with a few companies. It was initially to see what was out there to negotiate my pay. Now, I’m seriously considering leaving my current company because of what one of the prospect companies represent: everything I want in a company/role. (Plus they reached out to me) AND they will pay me almost double what I’m currently making annually, put me in a position to advance (so many options!!!!!) and allow me to move/travel when I get ready to.

What should I do? Guidance please!!!

Can someone explain how Tier ratings work at Kolkata AC?

How do I make out by reading snapshot what my Tier is? I got most - at grade, does that mean Tier 3/4? Coach keeps saying snapshot and Tier are different, then what is snapshot and what is Tier rating?

I asked the same question to coach multiple times, but never got any clear answer.

What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
