How have you approached being on camera during the extended WFH routine? Some people are ALWAYS on camera while others just dial into calls that they would normally be on Teams/Zoom/Skype/WebEx for. I go on camera from time to time, but not for every single call.

I’d be interested in learning everyone’s “guiding principles”.

The "confrontation" is really difficult for me lol. I actually like my current boss and she's been helpful and made me feel like she looks out for me too. But the new opportunity is too good to pass up on (huge increase to pay. No concerns on the team since ive worked with those people in the past in a different company)

I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home? Looking for referrals for a Technical Sales Executive position that is Remote (USA), possibly in the industrial sector.
