How involved are the c-execs in your company? I feel like mine are huge micromanagers and it is stressful.

Mine I barely see except when something goes wrong and then they are everywhere to be seen, lol!

Ours stops by at least once or twice a month to check in on things and we have scheduled monthly meetings with him but those sometimes don't happen bc he is busy.

They are very involved. They are constantly asking for updates and being involved in every decision. Like way too often.

Are you spending time with family this month or next? My parents are still really worried about Covid since I work in the hospital so it looks like I may be spending the holiday season alone. I understand where they're coming from, but I'm not really sure what to do with myself next week or at Christmas. Tips? Should I try to find a remote pharm manager position?

New here to Fishbowl so first post.
Interested to hear if anyone is using Forward for their primary health care service?
Thinking about joining.
Interesting subscription based cost model but basically pushing interactive, team based approach to long term health care with a good blend of tech and analytics built in.

Solve a debate for me I think my husband is way underpaid. He has 5 years of experience in all kinds of dev but has specialized in cloud computing. He has been working for the same company since he graduated. He has worked his way up to lead developer and makes $110k. What would you think a remote employee should be making with 5 years of experience.
