I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

Infosys is not providing me my relieving letter as I left the company during probation. I worked almost for 8 months, served my notice period, return the joining bonus. I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. Hi folks ,i have 8+ years of IT experience and recently got an offer from both TCS and Accenture .The salary wise both companies are offering almost same package but accenture is slightly giving more (with 27% of variable pay). But with respect to role i would feel TCS is more relavant for me.But i am really confused which one should i choose interms of growth,job security and onsite opportunities.Kindly suggest and provide me your valuable pointers.

I'm joining one of the Big 4 India Anaplan practice from WITCH having 2.5 yrs of non relevent exp (did certifications, talked about transferable skills, referral etc)
