Expense data minus 20 for personal
@K1- never heard that we could fly first domestically
What's shitty about the phone perks?
They don't keep the number. You can take ownership. They do take back the phone, though, if they purchased it.
If you are a frequent traveler (100 hotel nights or 50K miles) you fly first if ur flight is over 3 hrs
We own our phones. Company gives $200 every two years towards buying a new one. Get to keep my number should I leave. Other policies are fairly lax I think- depends on the project and who's approving the expenses. All goes on a crappy diners club card, per diem is great, and expense reporting is pretty easy, receipts only needed for a few things.
EY policy sucks except being able to always fly first/business
😳
Look up policy
We're also one of the only firms that allows per diem and we can and do expense lunch frequently
Which is a blessing and a curse cause free lunch is cool but now I'm fat
Heard y'all don't own your phones, big D does and when you leave they keep phone + number?
@K1- hb other general travel expenses
Didn't know about the number thing, but they bought the phone so I guess that part doesn't bother me.
I fly first 🎤⬇️💣
Ey you travel first class ? Even domestically? Every mon-thurs? That's sick!
Pretty sure our firm policy is also first class for any flight over 3 hours. Maybe 4
Expense phone bill less $20. You can use your personal phone and not forced to buy a separate phone
EY's policy just changed and it sucks aside from the first class thing. Phone expense is generous. I usually put through $100 of $160 bill with no problems ($20 out of pocket $30 to lease phone, $10 insurance). Also get $200 every two years towards device so that covers some of the lease.
The worst things about EY's EP is the no lunch allowance and having to seek direct reimbursement for flights and exchange fees. The best are becoming a frequent traveler and basically having phone/device covered and domestic first class approved. I think they will be modifying the policy in the future so enjoy it while it lasts.
