Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox. I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. I am looking job security and work life balance, which one do you suggest to choose??

What will be my take home if fixed pay is 5.7 and help me to know insurance detail facilitate by Accenture, is that mandate to get insurance from Accenture...
