I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. Defining UI/Functional requirements of replatforming systems. Integral part of a replatforming project of enterprise IT landscape, managing IT operations BAU, Hypercare etc.

But not an integral part of Technology/Dev team. I.e. low level system knowledge.
