If you’re a QA, I would advise you not to join NAB’s Workday team. I worked there previously in Jayesh’s team, and my experience was not positive. The work environment was quite toxic, and it affected the entire team.
He would sometimes call female team members after office hours, even late at night. His behavior and interactions at times felt inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. Many team members felt mentally stressed due to his management style. Almost every task was treated as a high priority, creating unnecessary pressure.
My suggestion is to avoid joining his team. Apart from that, NAB as a company is generally good. However, if you’re a QA, think carefully before joining the Workday team.

Bit surprised by such negative experiences.
I say the experience varies based on team. Overall organization policies ans aus leadership is employee friendly. But yes, bad manager can create bad experience. But that can happen in any organization. Its relatively new in india and is growing.
