Also, for the compensation, the offer letter only has Basic Salary and Flexi Compensation, there in no variable component mentioned, is that always the case?

Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. I practice LGL. I plan on setting a meeting with my boss to discuss salary. I am coming up on a year in a couple months. I’m prepping for the meeting now. I want to put together a list of my duties, assignments, “wins,” etc. My plan is to have all of this on paper so that he will have a reference point and he can walk away from our meeting with all of the info I would like him to consider. How would you organize this document and do you have any other suggestions of info I should include?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.).
