How is the job market currently looking in London? Currently in the US but will have to head back to Europe because of expired visa. Are typical exit opps the same as in the US?

I got H1B visa and 83K USD petition amount as annual package. Here I and my wife both are working and earning 50LPA together. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
