o9 is a very toxic, insecure, incompetent people company.
If anyone is planning to join o9, this post is for them to read:
1. Under developed Reference products.
2. Incompetent old employees, who are insecure.
3. o9 policies will be only applicable to you. For e.g. you will be called to office and you'll notice that except new people no one else comes to office.
4. Travel reimbursement for old employees, In case they are required to visit office.
5. Mid year bonuses for old employees.
6. If you get an insecure manager, your career 0.
7. Sub standard hikes.

o9 sucks for people with tier 1 mba and 5 yrs exp. Also o9 is a tough technical tool to crack people who r not tech savvy n hands on. o9, I think is great for the btech freshers. In fact all the people in high management level are btech n many started as freshers. In 8yrs they became directors. Now work load is high. Big shortage of people. Attrition is high. Salary hike is low. Onsite is little to zero. I plan to leave o9 within 6 months.
o9 sucks, if you looking for direct answers
It is bad. What is bad is subjective. There are worse companies. O9 is not worst.
Work load is high. Responsibility is high. Projects are complex. Time lines are tight. Stressful job. Architect job is not a chill job.
Environment is toxic definitely
I know SA who are british n live in UK. They work 12-14hrs a day. Imagine. Europeans working this much. So think about what happens to Indian SA.
WLB is not there. You'll have to come to office aswell.
Benifit for old employees, nothing much for new ones. Except 14-16hrs workday.
