How many days one should wait for HR to get back after the first round of interview?

I have total 11 years of experience in IT (Enterprise applications:Oracle Weblogic) and 4 years in DevOps, Git, Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes. Currently working with Accenture India. I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard.
