How many meetings do you have in your day? For me, I have at least 5.

I have anywhere between 12 to 22 on my calendar per day.
8020 is necessary. I'm triple or quadruple booked non-stop. I accept most meetings as optional and only the essentials as confirmed. I oversee sites across the US so my mornings start early and my day goes into the evenings.
As crazy as it seems, we still get a lot accomplished with high level goals met and exceeded.
My team also sits in various parts of country so I try to keep 1:1s and staff meetings easily accessible.

That’s an insane to have in one day!

Depending on the day, on Mondays, we have 5 meetings with different teams to set goals for the week. The rest of the week is pretty chill. I have a one on one with my boss twice a week and that's it.

My Mondays are pretty chill. The middle of the week is the worst!

It varies from day to day, I usually have at least three each that are standard and on my calendar then little meetings or emergency meetings might pop up through out the day...either way it is wayyyyy to many lol

I see. Mine vary too.
