Is S&P planning to open offices?
I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

People know we’re drowning we just don’t matter as much to agencies as other teams for them to do anything about it or because our job is to hold everything together they assume we’ll just do it (and we do). Some older account people also expect we all work to the bone because they had to when they were younger instead of advocating for change. It’s gross. I worked multiple 14 hour days last week, some of us were up till 2am some nights and over the weekend.
On my team its all 3. We are struggling to hire and the client likes to add massive projects with short turnarounds constantly. Management never says no. 4 of us are doing the work of 6 but since we keep getting it done and the client is happy hiring new people is a low priority…I’m near collapsing from burnout and I’m the only one on my team who has used more than 4 days of leave this year.
