How many of you feel like your workload is unsustainable or you are constantly drowning in work? Is it because of a demanding client, a staffing issue, that your team isn’t functioning efficiently, or something else? I’ve observed that this is common in account roles, but people often assume that we have less work than we really do.

Would like some opinions about how likely it is to make product analytics self serve by PMs? Anybody have success here? Or is it hopeless to think that product managers can pull their own data, look at their own dashboards, and do basic data tasks themselves?

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig?
