How many rounds of interview INFOSYS conducts for a 3 yoe resource??

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

Was approached by a SVP and hiring manager of another IB shop.

We talked, went great, he texted comp range etc. sent me a resume template to use, filled it and sent. He was waiting to hear back from MD, MD got sick.

He took resume to HR actual and said I’d hear from them. Haven’t heard anything week or so later.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
