How is Mphasis DXC Hi-tech division ?
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Took my 25 days off every single year. Fast track promote to Manager
Bains not like that
It doesn't matter. You cannot take all your vacations if you want to be promoted fast
Completely disagree with PWC, taken all my vacation every year
Classic PWC, we get 176 hours
Op we get 25 days too...
Manager at D gets 30
We're 3 weeks below manager. 4 weeks after that. I take mine.
Bain 2 is clearly working for a different company than Bain 1
I think Bain 1 has ten years under his/her belt and thus gets 25. Or isn’t US-based. My figures are US, but those all vary by country.
25 days
Pdub is right, I end up eating my pto almost every year
Interested b/c currently debating internship offers. And I used to use all PTOs (had ~5 left when I left D) and still got 1 and 2s
We’re encouraged to take time as long as it’s planned far enough in advance
We only get 15 :(
We get 15 days in US, i take them all and buy extra every year - and was promoted fast track. Once you become manager you get 20
Bain vacation days varies with tenure - starts at 15, then 20 at three year mark and 25 at ten year mark.
We get 176 hours a year and I always take all of it. I have never had utilization below 95% and that with decent personal life...
Bain 1 is indeed European...
McK is 4 weeks across the board + you have the option of having 4-8 more for a % of your salary.
Everyone is encouraged to use all their PTO; never heard of anyone ‘afraid’ of using it
I hadn’t realized it but we’re lucky to get what we do. ~4 weeks plus firm shuts down between Christmas and New Year. This week we’ll likely close the first week of July. The hours and workload on the clock are brutal but there is lots of available time off. No one complains if you put in for the time with sufficient notice.
