PwC India Hi Folks, I left my stable job at Deloitte USI and moved to Germany for a better job. But my mom had a major health issue and I'm planning to travel back to India to support her as I'm a single child. I'm working in one of the top organisation in Germany with a base of 90k euro and looking for good opportunities in India. Define “Consultants”: not analysts but can work well with them and guide them, self-starters; can lead projects. Six figs at the minimum then more experience they have the higher people pay for them.
How mNh hours do you guys work
Our salaries are basically public for analysts and associates dude. At least at the major firms
1st year associate in USA is $192K salary, 40K target bonus (that’s top bucket, most people get half), 30k signing bonus, 7.5% 401K
A lot at MBB
Good bit at Deloitte and Accenture
Eh… at PWC
😬 at EY
Lol at KPMG
I’ll have you know I make nearly minimum wage.
Balance the books using keleven so the scale of dollar is irrelevant
Use dogecoin
If you ask such random question with zero details on location and with so many firms (basically shooting in the dark hoping to get something), it’s likely not the right job for you
First year Associate Partner at McK - total compensation (salary + bonus) $350-400K; ~7 years of total consulting/work experience (1.5 at IBM; ~6 at McK).
Yes it’s one step below equity partner (or just, Partner), and this is NA
I’m just ready for the M and the other B to start pulling their weight and moving first on raises
Rising Star
Lol, the comp range for a consultant is so broad that this data is probably going to be nearly meaningless. Role, geography, firm, specialization, etc are all going to play a huge factor
I mean depends on the firm. At MBB and I think also T2s, everyone makes the same in the US at each level
350K USD
Was looking for this, thank you
Here are my latest numbers at Deloitte: can vary a bit based on performance and work experience.
A: 90K + 10K signing
C: 115K + 17K bonus
SC: 156K + 32K bonus ( I believe MBA hires are at higher base 175-180)
this is very high for GPS, so I assume you're talking Commercial
Yep. Bout tree fiddy
Anywhere from 60-260k
In strategy…
SA: $170ish + bonus (~9%)
M: $210ish + bonus (up to 30%)
D: $260ish + bonus (up to 30%)
Ok. That makes more sense
How much does 1st and 3rd year partner make at McK?
It’s variable. That’s the whole business model. It’s a partnership.
They’re literally pretty much all published…
First year consultant here (meaning I spent 1 year as analyst then 1 year as senior analyst) making $140k at Accenture, based in NYC.
.
Hours are obvi worse but maybe helpful for bankers at bulge bracket:
Post mba associate for 3 years:
250
320
375 - 3 years post mba
VP for 3 years
450
500
550-600

Dunno
its so odd how "Managing" director is above "Executive" director.
How do I get into consulting
