My H1B will start on 10/1/2022, and I'm planning to go to my home country in October for H1B visa stamping. It say I should tear off the I-94 record from the approval notice, and the right half should be stapled in my passport. On which page of my passport should I staple the right half? Can I use a paper clip instead of a staple?
And at the US exit border, does the officer unstaple that part and keep it for themselves? Please advice me about the process at airport.

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. Hi, I am working in F500 company and moving from US to Canada due to visa constraints. I have been offered 10% increase to move from US salary to Canada salary. Is it a norm? Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

My friend is in his first job out of college at a tech company. He started 3 months ago and is in a very toxic environment (rude coworkers, mean comments, etc) as well as has to commute/be in the office everyday. His title is “Inside sales” and his pay is very low/he does tons of work and is expected to stay late (no overtime) & he already is working 8:30-5:30.
What is the minimum amount of time to stay at a role he absolutely hates because he needs to write it on his resume?Any advice to cope?
