Got an offer at a boutique firm, they are offering mid-100k (3 YOE, but I’m retooling). Great opportunity (like, I really love everything about it), and I’m prepared to take a pay cut, but the salary seems especially low. Any insight into what talent-side boutiques are offering in high COL areas (LA, NY)?

I don't know if anyone can answer this. But how much do most civil engineers make? There are so many conflicting reports about "overpaid consultants" and it's almost impossible to get an actual answer

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021.
