Need some suggestions on ORMB vs Ebs/Fusion profile.
Currently I am on an ORMB project, but I feel this tool is niche and have limited career progression. I got EBS/ Fusion opportunity in another organization but the hike is very minimal. Should I make the switch into EBS/Fusion profile?

I got H1B visa and 83K USD petition amount as annual package. Here I and my wife both are working and earning 50LPA together.
