Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. Curious here - my buddy just became a “Director” of Business Development in a LCOL area for a professional sports team. He likes to brag about how much he makes but I don’t really buy it.
