How much in average are your assignments ?

We have a project that would generate social impact, and our short term goal is to propose it to ASHOKA to help us develop it. Before that we would like to assemble a team that will be part of "the board" with all the resources we are needind and most importantly people that "empathically share our preoccupation for the immigrants".
