CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

When is the EY split happening? I am planning to resign. Should I resign now or after the split? Is there even a connection between resigning and split in view of company's reputation??

Does EY GDS give 10% Variable and EY India give 20% variable?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?
