I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)
