I recently got offer from Infosys Limited for Senior Associate Consultant role.
YOE : 4.8
CTC offered : 10.17 Fixed + 1.13 Variable

Am I being underpaid? Should I look for opportunities?

How much salary to ask for if I hold 3 years work experience in financial services domain? ( not a CA, CS, CFA) I hold PGPM degree. ( previous in hand monthly was 42K)

Just promoted midyear to PM at Bofa. salary seemed soft at 150k in top 10 market. Anyone else have any input?

Would you:

Go for a perm position for a large manufacturing company recruiting assemblers and Machinsts in aerospace. 70k

Or

Temporary contract with the government recruiting for various low skilled work with higher than average wages. Min 82k with possibility of extension

I’ve been an Admin Assistant for 5 years with the last 2 in a government. I have worked hard to get here thinking this is what I wanted. Now that I’m here, making 40k CAD/yr. I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? I got an offer from Infosys. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?
