I need some advice. I am currently working as Manager in PWC with 14+ years of experience. I recently received an offer from CGI which states 36 lakhs as Fixed and overall 40 lakhs CTC including Share purchase and Bonus.

Skills - Agile Leader.

Role offered in CGI - Manager Consulting Expert

Location - Bangalore

BU which I am getting hired is Energy and Utilities.

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
