How much should an entry level PO make? I have been in my role almost a year and had no prior experience in product or software development before this. I was hired for my industry knowledge and with the understanding it is a learning position. I make 65k base and I am happy with that for now, but I do plan to increase my salary (job hop) once I feel I have strong enough skills to look elsewhere and be competitive.

Has anyone recently done a HR interview at UBS?
I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. Any advice on asking for a raise? Thinking about asking for one at the end of the summer. That’ll make a year and a half at my company. And I’ve produced 2 campaigns so far, plus one off work.
