How much Should i negotiate with LTM for Salesforce Qa having 6.5 years of experience in manual testing

In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
