Hello,
I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Fortune 500 company here - speaking as hiring manager- get email from hr, go into system, do some tasks, give a category rating, everyone in that category gets same percentage unless you fight for more or less. As far as the employee standpoint, annual process in February time frame where manager talks to you, tells you you had an average kr above average year and you say thank you, realize the merit is only a few bucks every two weeks, shrug, go back to work.
I work for a smaller firm but we get a small raise during our annual review. I also get extra raises whenever my boss wants to add more tasks to my job lol
We get them once a year. We have a yearly review meeting with our manager and we are told our raise during that time. If you are given a promotion outside of that you are also given a raise during that time.
Been working with the company for 3 years. I was able to get a raise on my third year. I understand because of the Covid surge the company hasn't earned that much profit. Just thankful that they gave us a raise this year despite that it was struggling because of the current economy.
We get a raise every 2 years. We are only 150+ in our company so we frequently get raises. But we were not able to get any these past 2 years because of covid.
Annual 2-5% hikes, but the salary goes up meaningfully only when you get a promotion
Inflation is 8.5% so naturally we got a 3% raise
So far, it's been once every 2 years.
