How soon post application to BCG (experienced hire) should I assume rejection if I don’t hear back? A week? A month? How fast do they typically move?

Is there any stigma to saying no to an offer without another in hand? I landed an off-cycle offer at a decent fund but after thinking through, want to take a shot at some of my other funds as well
