How sweaty would life be as a data scientist in EYs SaT practice?

I called HR, she said my docs are under review, they will get back to me. My question is what time it takes to release the offer for Persistent. Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?

Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. I don’t think this is for me….anyone have any other CRE practices that they enjoy? I’m thinking about jumping back to a borrower side practice, but curious to hear about other CRE associate experiences. Thanks!
