How the scene in Altimetrik.
Suppose I have 2L as a joining bonus, but I want to resign and go to another company. So I have to return my joining bonus. My questions are -
1. How do they calculate 1 year ?? Suppose I joined on 20th sep 2024 so my LWD should be 19th/20th sep 2025 (60 days NP, so here I will resign on 20 july 2025).
OR
2. I have to resign after the 20th Sep 2025 only.

Since in my previous company it depends on LWD after 1 year NOT after 1year.

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Ie; a part time employee getting $200.00 in a quarterly bonus and then not being scheduled a whole week during a bi-weekly pay period where they would have earned more on the clock…?

Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input.
