How to answer why you are looking for another job when you already have offer? If we directly mention about more CTC then they can ask if another company gives you more then will you reject this offer? How to tackle this.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

I have worked for 2 weekend recruitment drive for calling candidate and informing them about schedule and all , our manager told us that we'll get incentives for this work and it's been two month she hasn't approved incentives.
